Getting To Know You. As our name implies, we strive to be your partner not just your vendor. We want to understand your needs and goals. Does your servicing model call for report delivery during participant 1-on-1's? Do you want reports delivered in PDF via your own website? Do you focus on plan-level funding sufficiency analysis? Do you need reports for select clients or for your entire book of business? Does your plan include ESOP or special menu options? After learning more about your needs we’ll suggest the reports and services that are the best fit, and will review pricing with you.
Set-Up. Once we have a signed agreement, we give you a secure portal login. Our secure portal website enables us to safely receive plan data from the recordkeeper, and to safely publish reports for you to access. Once you’re on the secure portal, you can add new plan sponsors and upload data at any time. And there are no set-up fees!
Action. We carefully review all data and confirm various statistics with you before generating reports. For example, does the number of valid participant records match what you think the number is? Before we post any reports they go through a quality assurance process, to ensure they meet our rigorous standards. When reports are ready, you’re notified via email and can access them securely in a variety of forms.
